Ellen Stoloff Physical Therapy, LLC accepts standard Medicare Part B, as well as private pay.  

Do I need a prescription?
Yes.  We kindly request that we have a physician's prescription for physical therapy prior to your first visit.  

I’ve never done in home physical therapy. What can I expect?
In-home physical therapy is a convenient, personalized alternative to clinic-based care—especially for older adults. When you schedule your first session, a licensed Doctor of physical therapy will come directly to your home at a time that works for you. During the initial visit, they’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment, review your medical history, and discuss your personal goals and challenges.

Your therapist will then create a customized treatment plan focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function—using exercises and equipment that work within your home environment. Each session typically lasts 45–60 minutes and includes one-on-one guidance, hands-on techniques (if needed), and progress tracking.

Because care happens at home, you avoid transportation hassles and gain a higher level of comfort and attention. At home physical therapy is ideal for senior adults recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or trying to stay active and independent.
